Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided:
- You supply proof of purchase.
- The item was bought at full price.*
- The item remains in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Dust covers and original packaging are included.
- You have obtained a Return Authorization (RA) number from us.
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
*Clothing items bought on sale can be returned for a credit note unless marked as FINAL SALE (for purchases made from August 27, 2024). Returns or exchanges are not accepted for purchases made during our online warehouse sale.
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or washed cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a registered and traceable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Postage for an exchanged item will incur a shipping cost of $13 (Australia), $30 (New Zealand), or $35 (USA).
Steps to Return/Exchange or Obtain a Refund:
Before returning your item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Contact us to request an RA number.
- Note the RA number on your invoice or emailed purchase confirmation.
- Ensure your item is returned within 14 days from your original order delivery.
- Include your name, address, phone number, and instructions inside the package to ensure we can contact you if needed.
Sale Items
Clothing items purchased on sale can be returned for exchange or store credit if returned within 14 days from the original delivery date (for purchases made from August 27, 2024).
Please note, we cannot hold sale stock for exchange. If the required size is out of stock at the time, a credit note will be issued instead.
All accessories purchased on sale and items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit note.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refunds
Returned items will be assessed upon receipt. If they meet our return requirements, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
